- > Strategic Leadership: Lead an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT Lead) for Advanced Programs - Integrated Air & Missile Defense product. Serve as primary technical point of contact for customer leadership and internal leadership stakeholders.
- > Technical Oversight: Drive interceptor and fire control algorithm development (missile guidance, navigation, and autopilot), modeling & simulation, and performance analysis, overseeing the end-to-end integration of SWIL and HWIL testing, leading up to flight testing.

- > Technical Leadership & Execution: Player-coach responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Algorithms and M&S team, supporting several development IRAD initiatives, directly contributing to several successful customer demos culminating in two successful flight tests and the capture of subsequent contract awards.
- > Individual Contribution: Developed and implemented algorithm updates for interceptor initialization, navigation, flyout guidance, and datalink content. Developed algorithms for fire control threat state estimation, engageability, launch solution, interceptor flyout prediction, datalink content. Developed simulation models of missile, fire control, radar, and launch platform components in 6-DOF simulation. Performed Monte Carlo simulation analysis with 6-DOF to assess interceptor and system performance. Supported SWIL, HWIL, in-field integration testing. Developed Matlab and Python tools to support engineering analysis.
